Password Protected Online Gallery & Ordering Policies

Wedding Clients:
•        Galleries will expire 90 days after the images are uploaded and the client receives an e-mail with the link
        
  and password for access
•        All orders made within the first 10 days are at a 10% discount for the total order
•        A $100.00 fee is required to republish an expired gallery
•        Republished galleries will be available for 45 days
•        If 1 calendar year passes from the date of the initial gallery upload with no order being placed by the
        
  client(s), all money paid to STP LLC is forfeited. Any subsequent orders will require payment in full at the
        
  time of the order

Non-wedding Clients:
•        Galleries will expire 45 days after the images are uploaded and the client receives an e-mail with the link
       
   and password for access
•        All orders made within the first 10 days are at a 10% discount for the total order
•        A $75.00 fee is required to republish an expired gallery
•        Republished galleries will be available for 15 days
•        If 6 calendar months pass from the date of the initial gallery upload with no order being placed by the
        
  client(s), all money paid to STP LLC is forfeited. Any subsequent orders will require payment in full at the
        
  time of the order

Appointment / Session Booking Policy:

Regardless of the type of photographic session or package being booked, the required retainer is always 25%
of the minimum fee for that type of session or 25% of the contract fee for the package being booked. This
retainer is non-refundable. For weddings and event photography, the balance is always due at least 30
calendar days prior to the day of the wedding or event.

For portrait sessions, the balance is due a minimum of 3 business days prior to the scheduled session. If you are
booking your event, wedding or portrait session less than 30 days in advance, the entire contract / session fee
is due at the time of booking. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please be prepared when booking to
make the required payments.

Cancellation Policy:

There are two different cancellation policies. One covers cancellation of a booked wedding and the other
covers all other photographic sessions. The reason for this is that weddings, in general, are booked much
farther in advance, require much more of our time, are booked at a higher fee and once booked that time is
much harder to fill with another wedding due to the fact that weddings are booked farther in advance than
other types of sessions.

Wedding Cancellations:

•        30 days prior to the wedding date or less: No Refund

•        31 - 60 days prior to the wedding date: 25% refund of any money already paid*

•        61 - 90 days prior to the wedding date: 50% refund of any money already paid*

•        91 - 120 days prior to the wedding date: 75% refund of any money already paid*

•        More than 120 days prior to the wedding date: Full refund of any money already paid*

Standard Photographic Cancellations:

•        5 days prior to the session appointment or less: No Refund –
          
You may reschedule within 30 days if you give a minimum 48 hours notice

•        6 - 14 days prior to the session appointment: 50% refund of any money already paid*

•        More than 14 days prior to the session appointment: Full refund of any money already paid*

* The retainer fee is non-refundable. The percentage refund shown applies to any money paid in addition to the retainer.

Refund Policy:

We always strive to give our clients the highest level of photographic artistry possible and want every client to
walk away happy and satisfied. We also realize that in a real world, not everyone will be satisfied and we
make every effort to accommodate these occurrences while maintaining our business integrity and copyright
protection.

For any photographic service where proofs or an online gallery are provided in advance and print options
are selected by the client based on those proofs or the online gallery, no refund will be paid for any reason
unless there is a clearly visible issue regarding quality of the finished prints.

For photographic services where proofs are not provided and the client receives "photographer's choice", a
full refund less 10% will be provided upon return of the prints. This refund will only be offered for 3 calendar
days after the client receives the prints. After 3 calendar days, no refund will be provided.

Session Policy:

•        Clients who fail to show for their session and fail to call at least 48 hours prior forfeit their retainer and will
        
  not be rescheduled without a new retainer fee
•        In the event of inclement weather, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled or moved to an alternate,
        
  indoor, location at the discretion of STP LLC
•        No other photographers or personal cameras / camera phones are allowed during a session – this can be
        
  cause to terminate the session without a refund at the discretion of Story Tellers Photography
